  • Additional work discovered during service may incur extra charges

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on completion unless credit terms are agreed
  • Credit accounts require approved application
  • Overdue accounts may incur interest at 2% per month
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

4. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
  • Installation requires suitable access and services (power, water, drainage)
  • Additional work required due to site conditions may incur extra charges

5. Warranties

  • New equipment carries manufacturer's warranty
  • Our workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect or unauthorised modifications

6. Returns

  • Returns must be approved in advance
  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of goods or services provided
