Kitchen down? Fridge failing? Oven won't fire? We offer emergency callouts across North East Victoria for critical equipment failures.

When to Call

Call us immediately if:

• Your cool room or freezer is rising in temperature
• Your only oven or cooktop has failed during service
• Your dishwasher is down and you're mid-service
• You have a gas leak or smell gas (also call your gas provider)
• Electrical faults or burning smells
• Water leaks from refrigeration or dishwashers
• Any failure that stops you from trading

Our Emergency Response

Fast Response
We prioritise emergency callouts and aim to respond as quickly as possible. Response times depend on our current workload and your location.

After-Hours Availability
We offer after-hours callouts for genuine emergencies. After-hours rates apply.

Temporary Solutions
If parts aren't immediately available, we'll do everything we can to get you up and running temporarily while we source what's needed.

Clear Communication
We'll keep you informed every step of the way — what's wrong, what's needed, and when you'll be back up.

What to Do While You Wait

Refrigeration Failure

• Keep doors closed as much as possible
• Note the current temperature
• Move critical stock to another unit if available
• Don't add new stock

Gas Equipment

• Turn off the gas supply to the appliance
• Ventilate the area if you smell gas
• Do not attempt to relight

Electrical Issues

• Switch off at the isolator
• Do not use the equipment
• Note any error codes displayed

Water Leaks

• Turn off the water supply if safe to do
• Contain the leak with towels or buckets
• Note where the water is coming from

Emergency Service Area

We provide emergency callouts across our standard service area — approximately 200km from Wangaratta. This includes:

• Wangaratta and surrounds
• Benalla, Wodonga, Albury
• Shepparton, Euroa
• Bright, Myrtleford, Beechworth
• Mansfield
• Mount Hotham, Falls Creek, Mount Buller

Emergency Callout Rates

Emergency and after-hours callouts are charged at higher rates than standard service calls. We'll always be upfront about costs before attending.

• Callout fee applies to all emergency visits
• After-hours rates apply outside business hours
• Weekend/public holiday rates apply as applicable
